IN-QUEST: New Album Details Revealed

Belgian progressive death metallers IN-QUEST have set "8 - The Odyssey Of Eternity" as the title of their new album, scheduled for a late spring release. The follow-up to 2009's "Made Out Of Negative Matter" was recorded at Split Second Sound studio with producer Jochem Jacobs (ex-TEXTURES).

Commented IN-QUEST guitarist Douglas Verhoeven: "As the world didn't perish in 2012, we are back celebrating our existence' eternity with a massive concept album. For over a year, these songs and themes have been distilled and purified into perfection where everything is connected. I am proud to finally come out with the first of news about our new album. A dense, catchy, polyrhythmic eight-string cyclic opus which will for sure surprise a lot of our fans. A new sound, a redefinition or our core elements, and for sure a new form of aggression. Technical, rich and thick with typical IQ bombastic riffing, lyrical insanity and hypnotic melody work. Think heavy... beyond heavy! Insiders have claimed the new album to be the missing link between 'The Comatose Quandaries' groove and 'Made Out Of Negative Matter' compositional/technical prowess, all wrapped into one big insane ride."
